SENIOR MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Ceylon Academy of Gemmological Science (CAGS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales, marketing and business growth initiatives. Experience: Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development. Qualifications: Degree/MBA/CIM/SLIM or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales or Business Management preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new customers and market opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Lead sales and marketing strategy and achieve annual revenue and enrolment targets.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotions and new market segments.
- Drive sales conversions, customer acquisition and business development.
- Build strong customer, corporate and PR relationships.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales & marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, market trends and competitors.
- Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for market expansion and measurable business growth.
