Assistant Accountant
Join Sri Lanka's Leading Hardware Supermarket Chain! Hardwaremart, Sri Lanka's premier hardware supermarket chain, is expanding. With six showrooms in operation, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team at the Malabe Head Office.
Key Requirements:
- Fully or Partly Qualified in CA Sri Lanks, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in the modern trade sector will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and general ledger functions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and decision-making
