Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless procurement operations of a forward-thinking organization. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining purchase request forms from various departments, ensuring all necessary authorizations and signatures are in place. You will generate purchase orders using the SAP system and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the process. This position requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail to uphold the organization's procurement standards.
The ideal candidate should be an Undergraduate or a fresh Graduate in Finance, Financial Accounting, Economics, or a relevant field, paired with excellent communication and team working skills to excel in this role.
