The role involves:
- proactively managing a portfolio of claims in accordance with legislative, regulatory and procedural guidelines to achieve cost-effective and timely claims resolution
- utilising computer systems and technology to manage work, time and processes efficiently
- collaborating with internal stakeholders with regards to claims decisions in order to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
