Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (CAHM) is in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No. 3045), Australia, is the largest private specialised training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism in Sri Lanka. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (CAHM) is looking for a dynamic, target-driven and people-focused Assistant Manager – Student Recruitment to lead student acquisition for our newly introduced bachelor’s program.
JOB PROFILE
- Developing and executing student recruitment strategies for the program
- Counselling prospective students and parents
- Conducting school visits, career guidance sessions, education fairs and promotional events
- Working closely with the Marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content
- Monitoring sales performance, lead quality and conversion rates
- Preparing regular recruitment reports and forecasts
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, Education or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment, education sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales or student recruitment targets
- Strong communication, presentation and counselling skills
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan education market
- Strong leadership, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English
- A proactive, energetic and target-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel for school visits, career fairs and recruitment activities
