Head Chef
Dinner service on the rooftop. Starting now.
MOND is a four-room boutique stay with a cafe and a rooftop restaurant, open to outside guests. We are looking for a head chef to run dinner this season: a short menu, local produce and seafood, cooked with restraint.
THE ROLE
- Run dinner service from 6pm, last order 21:30
- Write and cook a short, seasonal menu
- Source locally, order and control stock
- Cost dishes and keep to budget
- Lead, train and roster a small team
- Keep a clean, safe and calm kitchen
YOU
- At least three years as head or sous chef
- Confident in Sri Lankan and international cooking
- Hands on, organised, steady under pressure
- A leader who teaches
- Good spoken English
Sri Lankan chefs only.
