F&B Supervisor
THE ROLE
Responsible for the day-to-day running of F&B operations and delivery of the Surf Club food and beverage programme, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and and consistent service standards.
- Oversee daily F&B operations and deliver the Surf Club food and beverage programme.
- Lead the team and maintain excellent food and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, stock, costs and wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and events teams.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous hospitality management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of operations, inventory and cost control.
- Good command of English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee daily bar operations and deliver the Surf Club drinks programme.
- Lead the team and maintain beverage quality and service standards.
- Manage stock, inventory, wastage and daily reports.
- Develop cocktails, beverage menus and promotions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction, hygiene and SOP compliance.
