WE ARE HIRING
SENIOR STORE KEEPER
Motorcycle Spare Parts Stores
Join our team and play a key role in keeping our stores well-organized, well-stocked and ensuring fast, accurate delivery of customer orders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day store operations and activities
- Supervise and guide store staff effectively
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
- Receive, inspect, arrange and issue motorcycle spare parts
- Plan and arrange daily deliveries with the delivery team
- Prepare and prioritize orders for fast and accurate dispatch
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and delivered to customers islandwide on time
- Monitor stock movements, shortages and discrepancies
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of spare parts
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Management teams
- Work closely with the delivery team to resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized and disciplined store environment
- Implement store procedures and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 35 – 55 years
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Store Keeping / Warehouse / Inventory or Logistics Management
- Professional qualifications in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management or a related field is a must
- Experience in motorcycle or automotive spare parts will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, planning and team-management skills
- Good knowledge of stock handling, inventory control and logistics coordination
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office / ERP)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
- Physically fit and able to handle store operations
