Responsibilities
- Discover new opportunities across schools, corporates, hotels, retailers, and export markets.
- Prospect leads, conduct outreach, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
- Manage social media, content creation, CMS, SEO, and promotional media to boost brand presence.
- Coordinate with creative vendors, track marketing metrics, and support Sarvodaya movement events.
Requirements
- HND in Marketing OR part-qualified CIM/SLIM.
- 2–3 years in marketing/sales (Export sales experience is a plus!).
- Excellent communication in Sinhala and English, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in digital marketing platforms.
- High energy, commercially minded, determined, and capable of driving results independently.
