Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Core Banking / Microfinance Systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & data analysis.
- Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline the loan application, review & approval process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Branch & Field teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support loan recovery, negotiation & client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support team coordination, training & onboarding.
- Contribute towards team targets and business growth.
