Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee operation of all facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety)
- Lead the team and coordinate with contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (1 year supervisory)
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics (preferred)

- Review and verify financial records, transactions and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
