Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Auto Electrical function, ensuring efficient daily operations, productivity, quality, and timely completion of vehicle project.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, lighting, sensors, control systems, accessories, and vehicle communication systems.
- Plan and execute vehicle electrical installations and modifications for customized vehicles while ensuring proper wiring, functionality, safety, and professional finishing.
- Supervise, guide, and develop Auto Electrical Technicians, ensuring proper work allocation, technical support, discipline, and performance.
- Inspect and test completed electrical work using appropriate diagnostic equipment to ensure reliability, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction before vehicle handover.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer projects and promptly resolve technical issues.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems, with experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of automotive electrical & electronic systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, wiring, and vehicle electrical modifications.
- Experience with modern vehicles, vehicle accessories, automotive aftermarket, vehicle customization, or reputed automobile workshops will be a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, technical decision-making, and communication skills.
- Exposure to EV technology, high-voltage systems, EV diagnostics, or relevant EV training/certification will be a strong advantage.
- Develop wire harness.
- Develop ISO standards.
- Develop electrical diagrams, modules and coding electrical modules.
- Develop electrical modules popup message.
- Degree in Automobile Engineering, Automotive Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
