What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into orders.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, provide training to retailers, and support promotions.
- Collect market feedback and collaborate with marketing for effective campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years in cosmetics/personal care sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
