ASISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Job Role
- Completing financial report on regular basic and providing information to the Management
- Preparing projects budget with project team
- Monitoring Account Department daily activities and coordinating internal and external parties
- Maintaining Financial Records and supportive documents
- Maintaining General Ledger
- Preparing financial statements and require management reports
- Managing payroll
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
Candidate Profile
- Completed a Bachelors in Business Management/Finance/Accounting or any equivalent (part) professional qualification in CA/ACCA/CMA
- Having Work Experience in 2 years and similar background would be an added advantage
- Should be competent in using MS office and accounting software
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Job Role
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing projects cash request
- Recording projects expenses and ensuring theses expenses are within budget
- Managing day to day financial transactions
- Updating site staff attendance and preparing staff salary
- Entering financial information to accounting software
- Handling petty cash and updating records
- Preparing bank reconciliation
Candidate Profile
- Completed a degree or (part) professional qualification in relevant field
- Having Work Experience in 1 years and similar background would be an added advantage
- Should be competent in using MS office and accounting software
