ENGINEER – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily HVAC, ductwork, and piping installations per approved plans.
- Inspect works, resolve technical clashes, and ensure building code compliance.
- Lead system testing, balancing, and equipment handovers.
- Coordinate site crews to maintain schedules and approve materials.
- Manage daily reports, RFIs, deliveries, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND/NDT in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or a related engineering field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on site experience in HVAC installation, MEP supervision, or mechanical site engineering on commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
