Educational Qualifications
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 3 to 5 Years of Academic Experience, preferably in a Higher Education Institution or University.
- Teaching Experience in Research Modules is a Definite Advantage.
- Teaching Experience with Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds Qualifications is an Advantage.
- Prior Experience as a Programme Leader is an Added Benefit.
Skills and Competences
- In-Depth Knowledge of Research Supervision.
- Proven Ability to Deliver Engaging Lectures, Tutorials, and Practical Sessions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to Encourage a Collaborative and Student-Focused Learning Culture.
- Compulsory to Work on Weekends, with Two Weekdays Off.
Duration
- 3–6 Months (with Potential for Extension or Full-Time Opportunity based on Performance)
