ENGINEER - SOLAR

Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer solar PV systems, including SLDs, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluate project feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with CEB/LECO, IEC, and safety standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of operational best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Professional certification in Solar PV or Project Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solar engineering/project execution.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
