DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining business data across company systems. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and confidentiality while ensuring timely processing of operational documents and reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter data into company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update, maintain, and organize digital and physical records.
- Prepare reports by compiling and summarizing data when required.
- Scan, file, and archive documents systematically.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.
- Perform regular database maintenance and data cleansing.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Administration, Operations, or a similar role.
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Applications or Information Technology will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent computer skills are encouraged to apply.
