CHANNELING SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily channelling and front-office operations.
- Coordinate doctor schedules, appointments, and consultation sessions.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and provide excellent patient service.
- Supervise, guide, and allocate duties to channelling staff.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Monitor daily operations, collections, and relevant reports.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, medical centre, channelling centre, or healthcare environment.
- Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
