CONTROL CONCEPTS (PVT) LTD is a Schneider Electric Certified EcoXpert System Integrator specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Systems and ELV Systems. We have successfully completed and are currently undertaking prestigious projects both locally and overseas.
We are looking for competent and motivated individuals to join our growing team.
ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MEP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and submit interim payment applications and follow up on payments
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams on commercial and quantity-related matters.
- Tracking project costs and ensuring that all MEP works are within the approved budget.
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurements and BOQs using AutoCAD and quantity takeoff/estimating software
- Ensure that all works are carried out according to the contractual requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Electrical and ELV works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity takeoff/estimating software
- Experience in tendering, procurement and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
