RESIDENTIAL SALES SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Specialist to represent our developments, oversee the sales team and turn buyer interest into successful apartment sales. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales journey and contribute your market knowledge, relationships and leadership skills.

YOUR ROLE
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals and digital channels.
- Manage enquiries, present apartment options and conduct site visits.
- Guide buyers through pricing, payment plans and purchase procedures.
- Negotiate within approved terms, follow up consistently and close sales.
- Coordinate documentation with management, finance and legal teams.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.
- Oversee the sales team, guiding daily sales activities, monitoring performance and supporting the team to achieve agreed targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A proven record in property sales, preferably residential apartments.
- The ability to guide and motivate a sales team; previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Initiative and confidence in managing the sales process independently.
- A professional, attentive approach to buyer relationships.
- Flexibility for weekend appointments and viewings when required.
- An established network of buyers, investors and property contacts would be highly regarded.
