Key Requirements:
- Diploma or ongoing/completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, IT equipment, and accessories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing requirements for IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories.
- Obtain supplier quotations and prepare quotation comparison sheets.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain procurement records, invoices, supplier databases, warranty details, and IT asset information.
