JUNIOR PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Employment Type :- Full Time, Permanent
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Operate and monitor automated machines safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
- Perform machine adjustments, program settings, and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical abnormalities.
- Conduct routine machine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tightening and basic autonomous maintenance.
- Perform quality checks and report production details, product defects, machine faults, and abnormalities promptly.
- Follow safety, quality, 5S, and operating procedures, and work effectively as part of the production / maintenance team.
YOU SHOULD:
- Hold an NVQ level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Have a basic understanding of electrical/electronic or mechanical subjects
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new technologies and provide suggestions for improving operations
