Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a passion for operational excellence? Join Multilac as our Manager – Maintenance and lead the maintenance function, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing facilities while driving preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs and maintenance procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance technicians and external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, improve reliability, and optimize maintenance processes.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 10–15 years of proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance activities efficiently while driving continuous improvement.
