Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance - Medical Devices
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering along with 5-8 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance - Medical Devices. In this role, you will lead the Quality Assurance function across the SBU Value Stream, ensuring compliance with Quality Engineering Principles within the BIQ Framework while driving excellence in product quality, process performance, and product safety. You will oversee and enhance Quality Management Systems in line with customer requirements and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP, while championing quality improvements, compliance, and operational excellence. In addition, you will drive SBU-specific strategic quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement to support business objectives.
