Executive Business Analyst (Office of the Group COO)

The Opportunity
Work directly with the Group COO to support strategic initiatives, business analysis, management reporting, and execution across the Group, with exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision making, business transformation, and cross-functional operations across multiple industries. This role provides a strong career pathway toward future business leadership, strategy management, or Chief of Staff positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Analyse business performance, KPIs, costs, profitability, and investments to support management decisions.
- Strategic Projects: Coordinate strategic and transformation projects, monitor progress, and support process improvement, ERP, and automation initiatives.
- Executive Support: Work closely with the Group COO, prepare management presentations, coordinate meetings, and follow up on key actions and decisions.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and equipped with strong business acumen. The individual should communicate confidently with senior management, demonstrate excellent presentation skills, manage multiple priorities proactively, challenge assumptions constructively, propose practical solutions, and maintain a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or MBA will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, management consulting, corporate planning, project management, or related fields.
- Experience in manufacturing, multinational companies, consulting firms, or diversified business groups will be advantageous.
