You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records related to transportation, canteen, and cleaning staff management, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, you will oversee third party personal files, coordinate meal arrangements with canteen staff, and organize relevant committee meetings to support the team effectively.
The ideal candidate will be an Undergraduate or a fresh Graduate in Business Management and possess proficiency in Excel, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
