Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations

Job Summary
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, replenishment, order picking, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and SAP/WMS updates.
- Ensure effective inventory management by implementing FIFO/FEFO practices and monitoring stock movements.
- Manage aging, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock segregation in line with company standards.
- Lead and allocate warehouse manpower and resources to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance across warehouse operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree or Advance Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related field.
- Should have minimum 6-7 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management
- Conversant in Sinhala and English Languages
- Prior experience on Managing minor staff
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
