Join our team as an Intern - Industrial Engineering, where you will gain invaluable hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects at Unichela, Panadura. In this role, you will support leadership teams in identifying automation opportunities, optimizing machine usage, and preparing accurate SMV calculations for new styles. You will also assist in resolving production-related concerns, clarifying sewing methods, and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Physical Science, Operations Management, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, and bring relevant academic or practical exposure to excel in this role.
