We are seeking dedicated and responsible Quality In-Charge and Quality Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates should be capable of managing and monitoring all quality-related activities while ensuring product accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and proper documentation.
1. QUALITY IN-CHARGE
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Quality Control or QA Supervision within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of AQL standards, buyer quality requirements, garment inspection procedures, and quality assurance systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Age should be between 30 – 45 years.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Kalutara, Wadduwa, Panadura, Bandaragama, Kesbewa, Piliyandala, Horana, and Moratuwa.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidates. Salary and other benefits are negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
2. QUALITY SUPERVISOR
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Control or QA Supervision within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Minimum GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification, A Diploma or Certificate in Garment/Textile Technology or Quality Management will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of garment defects, quality standards, AQL, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
