FINANCE EXECUTIVE
We are searching for a motivated Finance Executive who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Finance Executive is expected to assist the Finance department with data entry, processing and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and other related duties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing and recording all company expenses accurately and timely
- Handling accounts payable and supplier payments
- Reviewing invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents
- Maintaining expense schedules, reconciliations, and financial records
- Assisting in monthly accounts closing and financial reporting
- Coordinating with internal departments and external suppliers on finance related matters
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Assisting with audits, tax documentation, and other finance functions
Educational Qualifications
- Part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA / AAT or equivalent
- University degree in relevant field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Experience in SAP would be an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
- Age should be between 20–30 years
