FINANCE EXECUTIVE – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing receivables, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the accounts’ receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections.
- Monitor customer accounts, reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities including AR reconciliations, etc.
- Conduct weekly meeting with sales team regarding overdue and credit limits and collection plan weekly and monthly.
- Prepare weekly ad hoc reports related to AR, sales and collection.
- Assist cash flow forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. OR Part Qualification in CA/ ACCA/CMA/CIMA
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable functions
- Strong knowledge of AR processes & Credit control
- Proficiency in ERP systems & MS packages.
