LEAD CREATIVE DESIGN
eBEYONDS, an international eBusiness & Digital Marketing Solutions Company serving a prestigious clientele, is looking for a Creative Design Lead to set creative direction and ensure high standards across web design, video, and digital content.
- Sets design standards for web and video
- Leads and mentors the creative team
- Develops style guides and workflows
- Translates business goals into creative direction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of UX fundamentals and web design best practices
- Understanding of video production principles, including pacing, editing structure, and color grading fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear, actionable feedback skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
