You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with enquiries, order tracking, product information and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala and Tamil
- Pleasant voice and professional telephone manner
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in call center or customer service will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
