DESIGNATION: SENIOR STOREKEEPER
COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED
LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA
ROLE PROFILE
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
- Coordinate with all CBL SBUs and plan stock replenishments to manage the finished goods inventory.
- Train and guide store staff on standard operating procedures and best practices. Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and prepare reports for management.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Implement and monitor stock control procedures to minimize variances, damages, and pilferage.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 1-3 years of proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors).
- Certificate/Diploma in Storekeeping, Warehouse Management, or Logistics.
- Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) system / MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
