SHOWROOM ASSISTANT
A Day in the Life of the Role
- Support customers and make sure they have a smooth experience in the showroom.
- Drive and achieve sales targets and support smooth daily showroom operations.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, flawless displays, and daily ERP updates.
- Support promotions, uphold FIFO, and report expiry risks promptly.
- Prepare daily stock updates and help minimize shortages, damages, and returns.
- Support the team to maintain showroom standards and reach sales goals.
What Helps You Succeed
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to maintain displays, manage stock, and follow company guidelines.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and strong attention to detail.
- 1–2 years’ experience in showroom will be advantageous.
