Join our expanding BPO team and work directly with US-based clients, understanding their technology needs and coordinating effective digital and software solutions.

Turn Client Needs into Digital Solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage directly with US clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Translate client needs into actionable solutions for technical teams.
- Coordinate software, web-based, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage client communication, solution discussions, and project updates.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4–8 years of experience in IT consulting, technical business analysis, or client-facing technology roles.
- Proven experience directly communicating with US or international clients.
- Good understanding of software development and digital solutions.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous US-shift experience preferred.
