A reputed Restaurant located near Kottawa, Colombo needs well experienced staff to work in their Food & Beverage and Kitchen departments. Candidates who has the experience in working in Ala-carte Restaurants (not Hotel experience) will be given priority.
Kitchen Department
- Commis I / Demi Chef (Hot Kitchen)
Minimum of 5 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese, BBQ and Western cuisine, Bakery and dessert item knowledge will be an added advantage.
F&B Department
- Restaurant Supervisor
A passionate F&B Professional with over 10 years experience in all facets of F&B work and ability to manage, train and lead the F&B Team and handle guests and complaints professionally.
F&B Stewards / Trainees
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in working as a F&B Steward, service methods, table set-ups, beverage prepartion and excellent customer care and upselling skills. Cashier handling experience will be an added advantage.
