DESIGN / ESTIMATION ENGINEER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress
- Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and project documents
- Manage tender documents and quotations
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle
KEY ROLE
- Manage cost planning and estimation activities for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Act as the key coordination point between clients, consultants, and project teams
- Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of project-related matters
- Support overall project delivery with a strong focus on cost efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor degree or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in telecommunication projects will be an added advantage
