RECOVERY OFFICER (Male)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To collect outstanding payments from debtors in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between internal departments (Ex. Finance, Sales and Legal)
- Provide support and updates to management or clients regarding recovery progress.
- Maintain respectful and professional relationships with clients during the recovery process.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should have a valid light vehicle licence.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recovery work.
- One year of prior experience in credit collections would be an advantage.
- Retired or retiring police officers are encouraged to apply.
