Intern – Risk & Compliance/Internal Audit

As an Internal Audit Trainee at Dilmah & MJF Group, you will support Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management activities by assisting in process reviews, evaluating internal controls, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This paid traineeship provides hands-on experience in internal auditing and enterprise risk management, while offering exposure to business operations and control frameworks within a dynamic corporate environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management Activities
- Assist in reviewing and assessing business processes
- Identify and report risks and control gaps
- Assist in preparing audit reports and other presentations
- Support special investigations and ad-hoc reviews
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Partial qualification in a professional accounting or auditing body (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Willingness to travel to company locations when required
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
