Join Our Team as a Plantation Field Officer / Junior Field Officer
Kahawatte Plantations PLC is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Plantation Field Officer / Junior Field Officer to support the effective management of field operations and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily field operations and worker activities.
- Ensure proper agricultural practices and productivity standards are maintained.
- Monitor crop harvesting, field conditions, work progress and labour deployment.
- Maintain accurate field records and prepare daily/periodic reports.
- Support the Estate Management in achieving production and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in tea/rubber plantation operations will be an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication and supervisory skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Strong interest in field operations and productivity improvement.
- Willingness to work in a plantation/estate environment.
