Overview Of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Nissan Workshop in Peliyagoda. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a seamless service experience while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
What Will You Do?
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Provide customers with updates on vehicle status and repair progress.
- Explain repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve service sales and customer satisfaction targets.
What Equip You for the Role
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
- Sound knowledge of automotive systems and workshop operations.
- Experience in dealer workshops will be a distinct advantage.
