Senior Manager – Information Technology
The Role
- Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy, technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives while driving digital transformation and technology-enabled business growth.
- Ensure the reliability and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, networks with minimal disruption and downtime.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, data protection while ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and applicable standards.
- Lead technology projects, system upgrades, process automation, and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Mentor the IT team while building a high-performance, service-oriented culture and ensuring effective user support and continuous improvement.
The Person
- a) Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems from a recognized institution.
- b) Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity and network administration.
- c) Experience in managing IT projects, system implementations, system upgrades, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- d) Excellent written/verbal communication.
- e) A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a related field in a reputed organization.
