RF ENGINEER/ TRAINEE RF ENGINEER
We are expanding our telecom team and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us as RF Engineer and Trainee RF Engineer. If you have a strong interest in radio network planning, optimization, and network experience management — this is your opportunity to grow with a leading telecom services provider.
RF ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform RF network planning, optimization, and performance analysis for systems.
- Analyze KPIs and recommend optimization strategies to enhance overall network experience.
- Collaborate with field teams for on-site troubleshooting and network improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with radio networks (planning, optimization, troubleshooting & network experience management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
TRAINEE RF ENGINEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist senior RF engineers in network planning, optimization, and testing.
- Learn and operate RF tools under supervision.
- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning sessions.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (final year students considered).
- Basic understanding of mobile network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G).
