We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Officer – Construction to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Quality Control: Monitor daily construction activities on-site to ensure all work strictly adheres to approved architectural drawings, structural plans, and engineering specifications.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site logs, track project milestones against schedules, and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Material & Resource Management: Inspect incoming construction materials for quality and compliance, manage on-site inventory, and take proactive measures to minimize material wastage.
- Subcontractor & Labor Coordination: Coordinate closely with subcontractors, foremen, and labor crews to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient daily task execution.
- Health & Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety standards, ensure workers properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and address potential site hazards immediately.
- Inspection & Measurement Support: Conduct routine quality checks, take precise site measurements, and assist in preparing accurate measurements for contractor evaluations and billing.
