MANAGER - MARKETING
Join a leading branded retail clothing company and drive the next phase of our brand's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Marketing Department, providing strategic direction and team leadership.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail activations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Operations teams.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and business partners.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in branded retail, fashion, apparel, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
