SITE SUPERVISOR
FURNITURE & INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Join our team and be a part of creating exceptional spaces across Sri Lanka. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage our furniture installation and interior construction works at project sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise furniture installation and interior construction works at sites
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality, workmanship and progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and interior designers
- Take site measurements and liaise with factory
- Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper material handling
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in furniture, interior fit-out or construction site supervision
- Good knowledge of furniture installation and interior construction methods
- Ability to understand shop drawings and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Experience in hotel, commercial, residential and high-end interior projects will be an added advantage.
