MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER TOURS
Immediate Vacancy (Location – Katunayake)
The Job Role
- Manage the overall tour company operations to ensure efficient and profitable business activities.
- Develop and enhance tour packages and services based on market trends and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with hotels, transport providers, travel agents, and other industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to drive business growth and service improvements.
- Oversee sales and marketing activities, including digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Lead and manage the tour operations team, ensuring effective coordination and achievement of business targets.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of online marketing and travel technology platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM, reservation systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English (and other languages, depending on market focus).
Benefits
- Starting salary LKR 150,000 + Profit Share & can be negotiated
