CADMasters International is a Civil & Geotechnical Engineering consultancy providing high-quality engineering design, drafting and technical services to local and international clients.
We are expanding our team and invite applications from Geotechnical Engineers at all levels who are motivated, technically capable and interested in working on challenging Australian and international engineering projects from Sri Lanka.
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
The position level and responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, professional experience and technical capability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in geotechnical engineering and design.
- Good understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, analysis and design methodologies.
- Ability to undertake or assist with engineering analysis and design calculations appropriate to the level of experience.
- Experience with geotechnical software such as PLAXIS 2D, GeoStudio / SLOPE/W or similar will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical capabilities in accordance with Australian and international project requirements.
- Experience with international projects, major infrastructure projects, multidisciplinary engineering consultancies, or projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), or other international development and aid agencies will be an advantage.
What We Offer
Successful candidates may have the opportunity to work on Australian and international geotechnical engineering projects while being based in Sri Lanka.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications, experience and technical capability.
